Warhammer 40K: 10th Edition Starter Box Space Marines

The other half of the new Leviathan Starter Box will be Space Marines and the Techmarines have been working overtime!

We already got a look at the Tyranid half of the Leviathan Starter Box. Now it’s time for the Adeptus Astartes to show off their new wargear! Send in the Space Marines.

Just in case you were wondering, all of the Space Marines in the starter box are Chapter agnostic so you can paint them up however you’d like. They don’t have any particular details or icons from any Space Marine Chapter. That said, there’s a whole lot of Tyranid remains on those bases…

Infernus Squad

Hey! Remember those Infernus flamers introduced with the Black Templar? Well now you can get a whole squad of them. They might be the perfect unit to unleash the flames on to hordes of gibbering maws and claws.

Sternguard Veterans

The Sternguard are back with new Primaris enhancements. But if you look closely you might just see a few call-outs to previous armor marks. These Veterans are really the bridge between the old school Space Marines and the new Primaris. We also have a nice mix of weapons in the squad to match! That versatility should pay off when you’re going up against a threat like the Tyranids.

Apothecary Biologis

This Apothecary isn’t there to “heal” your units. Rocking Gravis Armor, the Apothecary Biologis is here to give aide to the unit he attaches to with his expert knowledge of enemy physiology. And considering what he’s wearing I think there’s gonna be some heavy-hitters stacked with some very nice buffs!

Ballistus Dreadnought

Do you want some walking firepower? Because the Ballistus Dreadnought is packing some serious boom! And if you thought this was a callback to a previous dread, well of course it is!

It’s kind of funny to see the size comparison between the two. And it’s funny to think the little guy is basically his grandfather…

The entire boxed set is jam-packed with miniatures for both Space Marines and Tyranids! I cannot wait to get my hands on this one.
