Cue the music because the final two Boarding Patrol boxes are coming. Send in the Leagues of Votann and the Imperial Agents!

There’s been a TON of Boarding Patrol boxes announced and released in the past couple months. Frankly, it’s been a bit of a blur keeping track of which ones are out, which ones are announced, and which ones are up for pre-order already. But there is sunlight at the end of this tunnel as the final Boarding Patrol boxes have been announced. It’s time to snag yourself a Leagues of Votann and/or Imperial Agents Boarding Patrol box!

“Pretty much everyone seems to have climbed aboard the Boarding Actions train, but there are a few factions still patiently awaiting their turn. That turn has now come – open the airlocks for the Leagues of Votann and Imperial Agents.”

Einhyr Champion

5x Cthonian Beserks

5x Einhyr Hearthguard

10x Hearthkyn Warriors

This seems like yet another great launching point for the army. If you’ve skipped any of the other boxed sets and now want to get your own Leagues of Votann crew together this Boarding Patrol makes for a solid core. In terms of actual Boarding Action games it’s got all the right stuff to get the job done, too. You’ve got 10 grunts to help take objectives and two units of 5 more “elite” options to hit back where you need them. Plus the Einhyr Champion is a pretty lean and mean leader of this boarding team.

Eversor Assassin

20x Imperial Navy Breachers

10x Elucidian Starstriders

So this one is really weird. Not bad, but weird. I think part of the appeal of this one might be the novelity of the models inside this box. If you missed getting your hands on the Elucidian Starstriders from previous sets this is a chance to get them. Also 20 Imperial Navy Breachers could be useful for allies in other Imperial forces — and not just in Boarding Action games, either. The Eversor Assassin is honestly kind of perfect for a close-quarters operation like a Boarding Action. This box is gonna be a weird one!

The final two Boarding Patrols are coming to pre-order soon. Which one would you want to pick-up?
