Just a quick reminder for anyone wanting some Warhammer under the Christmas Tree: your time is almost up.

Depending on where you are in the world you might have already missed your window. It’s really just North America and a handful of Regions in Australia. This weekend is basically the last chance for you to place an order from GW and get it in time for Christmas.

Christmas Shipping Cut Offs

“The Christmas dates differ by region – please note that these are the UPS shipping dates, and that your local mail service may have slightly different dates. There are two tables, one for Australia (which is massive and requires its own dates) and another for the rest of the world. “

By the 19th, if you haven’t placed your order, then don’t count on it for under the tree. That said, you’ve always got your FLGS to visit and pick stuff up from them. If you don’t have one or aren’t sure where to look, GW does have the store finder.

Now, if you’re shopping for a Warhammer fan in your life and you’re not sure what to get them, I actually wrote up a handy gift guide a couple years ago. The products might have shifted slightly but the core rule still applies. If you don’t know what to get them: Ask. If you don’t want to ask and/or the product is a tad out of your budget, get them a gift card. Here’s the handy flow-chart I made to help:

And yeah, I still stand by the mouldline remover. I use mine pretty much every time I build a model. The product has changed design and I haven’t used the new version but I’m assuming it’s probably still good. Again, it might seem dumb or “just use a hobby knife” but just try one…you might surprise yourself.

It’s my #1 sleeper pick for the aspiring Warhammer Hobbyist!

Anyhow check those dates and good luck. Happy Holiday Shopping!
