The new Necromunda Apocrypha has your gangers on a moonshine run of epic proportions. Just try not to drink it all before you get back!

It’s time to grab your Cargo-8 haulers, gather your crew, and make a boozy run to Hive Secundus (and hopefully back). The newest Apocrypha Necromunda, Blood, Ash, and Gunshine, is here and it’s a free download for everyone!

via Warhammer Community

“In this instalment of the Apocrypha Necromunda, we follow the legendary Orlock brewmaster Wilcox ‘Wild Snake’ Cinderjack in his quest to find a rare vintage of Merdena family special brew thought lost to time. Aiding the crazed House of Iron hero is Keli Killswitch and her gang of road warriors, charged with getting Wilcox back alive.

Their journey will take them to the old Gunshine Distillery in the Hive Secundus exclusion zone, where Wilcox and his companions must face the malign power of the Malstrain Patriarch and its vile minions as they first get the booze, then make a mad dash for the safety of the Dust Wall with a xeno-mutant horde close on their heels.”

Wild Snake Run

Not only does this introduce a new mission to play with some custom rules but it also introduces new Orlock Crew Legendary Names as well as the new Wild Snake Vat cargo for the Ridgehauler to…haul!

The scenario itself uses one of my favorite mission types with a Rolling Roads battle. It’s a rather straightforward affair with the Defender trying to keep their Booze Truck on the road. The Attack, naturally, is trying to prevent the booze from getting away. There’s a few other hiccups to contend with however. For example, the Wild Snake Vat isn’t exactly the most stable cargo to haul and shooting it can cause some interesting side effects.

Watch out for those High-pressure Vapours!

While you don’t *need* a Cargo-8 Ridgehauler to run this scenario it’s a lot more fitting if you have one. Otherwise, just use the most expensive vehicle you have — and it counts as having a wild snake vat.

This one seems like a thematic scenario and a lot of fun to give a spin. Personally, I kind of want to replace the Attacker gang with some Palanite Enforcers and totally do a Smokey and the Bandit style game…

That’s a Texas-sized 1o-4!
