The Criminal Syndicate Affiliation Pack brings together Marvel’s deadliest criminals with this new Affiliation Pack. Players will find this Affiliation Pack has repackaged villainous characters from previous releases in Marvel: Crisis Protocol into this single group pack.

Does Crime Pay?

Now I’ve already gone into detail about this particular Affiliation Pack. Threat-wise, this box comes to a total of 14 Threat from 4 characters which is a nice spot to be in. This Affiliation Pack has a lot of really easy options to grow from. You can dip into Cabal with that Affiliation Pack. You could also go with Abomination & The Wrecking Crew Character Pack to fill things out. There’s also a lot of cross-over potential with the Spider-Foes Affiliation. The point is you’ve got options.

Personally, I haven’t gotten to take this faction out for a spin yet. At least not all of them. I really want to try out Bullseye thanks to his latest card update. In fact, one of the big reasons to pick-up this new box is for their updated cards. I’m pretty sure Kingpin and MODOK have both gotten updates to their cards since their initial releases.

Anyhow, the Criminal Syndicate seems like a slightly subversive affiliation to play with. Their characters might not seem on par with some of the other super-powered people running around. But looks can be deceiving. Especially with Kingpin around they can really play the objective game like few affiliations can. If you’re looking to try MCP from a slightly different angle the maybe starting up a Criminal Syndicate list just might be worth it.

Heroes? No. But they are still SUPER villains.
