Come check out this week’s batch of Kickstarter and crowdfunding highlights!

Universe Ball Anthlogy – RPG

Universe Ball Anthology #1 is the first book in a collection of strange SciFi tabletop roleplaying games about odd discoveries, creative problem-solving, and being stupid with your friends. The tone, sense of humor, and game design are inspired by media like The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy, Doctor Who, and Metroidvanias.

This book comes with two rules-light one-shots (one long, multi-chapter campaign, and one short, improv-heavy adventure). The first game (The S.S.O.S.) is an absurdist heist game where you play as lizard people and rob the fuel of an interdimensional cruise ship. The second game (Yep, That’s Me) is a short, improv-heavy adventure that starts the players in a randomized story climax and flashes them back to the start where they have to figure out how they get to the end again.

Pledges start at $8 for a PDF.
