May 28 2021

We’ve got another Rumor Engine from the Visions of Beasts series and it’s a rune carved into…something.

By now, you know the drill. We’ve got another image of an upcoming model and some fun narrative bits to dissect. Let’s kick things off with the model teaser.

Interesting. We’ve got a strange looking rune carved into a tree perhaps? Skin? A hide? It’s tough to say. It’s also hard to really make out what the rune is. It’s pretty jagged and rough. If you recognize this one, let us know in the comments section. Aside from that, we’ve got the narrative which is taking a turn.

This time around it’s Lord-Celestant Vandus Hammerhand delivering the message. And it seems urgent. He’s sent a messenger to find Lord-Ordinator Verrinus – but the Lord-Ordinator is now missing…

“After unsuccessfully trying to find you in your quarters, I sent a messenger to seek out the location of this so-called Rumour Engine. She could find no evidence of the machine itself, only this celestium shard containing an image – similar to those you discovered previously – in the middle of the floor of an abandoned chamber.”

It seems like the Rumor Engine is off once again to who-knows-where. What message did they want to give to the Lord-Ordinator? This one:

Yndrasta was previewed last time by Games Workshop. She’s one of the new Stormcast Eternal Heroes coming to the game’s next edition.

Anyhow, this is the last “Visions of Beasts” Rumor Engine. It’s been a wild ride so far. If you want to (hopefully) catch these reveals, Tune in this Saturday for GW’s preview/unboxing of the upcoming Age of Sigmar Launch Box! It’s going to be an exciting time.

What are you thinking these new images are from? Final guesses before the big reveal tomorrow! Tune in to find out.
