The AoS App has launched its Beta test for you to try out. Check out the new features and the Storm Forge Army List builder!

Well it’s a little later than we first expected, but GW made some adjustments to the launch date of the Beta and it’s here for you to try. The AoS App is available for download from the App Store and from Google Play.

“Generals of the Mortal Realms rejoice, the greatest gaming companion for Warhammer Age of Sigmar is now available to download and use for free in Open Beta. Warhammer Age of Sigmar: The App has been built especially for the new edition, and it’s packed with invaluable features to make your life easier, whether you’re planning an army or playing a game.”

In addition to access to the rules from your mobile devices, you’ll also be able to use the new Storm Forge Army List builder.

“March to victory on the battlefields of the Mortal Realms with the new Storm Forge army-list builder, which lets you muster your Pitched Battle forces within minutes. Build your Core Battalions from a library of every warscroll in the game, get all of the Designer’s Commentaries and General’s Handbook updates right within the app, and make your life all in all much easier with this incredible tool.”

To log into the account you’ll have to use your My Warhammer Account. You can even use the codes that are printed in the back of the new Stormcast Eternals and Orruk Warclan Battletomes to unlock their battletome specific Allegiance Abilities, Matched Play, and Warscroll rules inside the app!

If you do download the app and give it a spin, you can help improve it by taking a quick survey from GW. Please give it a try BEFORE you take the survey…c’mon man.

Naturally, the “premium features” of the app will eventually move behind a paywall and become part of the Warhammer+ subscription service – just like the 40k App.  So if you get in there and enjoy using it, you might want to consider setting up a sub with Warhammer+. There’s already a LOT of stuff inside Warhammer+ like the new animations, Warhammer Vault, and (eventually) the miniature, too.

So what are you waiting for? Download the AoS App, give it a spin, and let GW know how it goes through the survey!
