Come and take part in the virtual weekend of adventure, live games, and a preview of the Wild Beyond the Witchlight at D&D Celebration 2021!

D&D’s latest adventure, The Wild Beyond the Witchlight: A Feywild Adventure might have a mouthy title, but it also has an imminent release date. And WotC would like you to join them for a massive virtual weekend of play, previews, and more. That’s right, it’s time for another D&D Celebration.

If you missed it last year, this was the virtual event that was ostensibly all about the (at the time) new adventure, Rime of the Frostmaiden, but it actually turned out to sow the seeds of things to come with Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything. Now this year, we have the good fortune of knowing what the next two books are already, Fizban’s Treasury of Dragons and Strixhaven: Curriculum of Chaos, but that just means we know what we’re likely to see previews from at the big event.

D&D Celebration 2021 kicks off with a preview on September 23rd, and follows up with a weekend of gaming, you can sign up through the Yawning Portal event page here, where you’ll get a chance to play in an Adventurer’s League game set in or around Wild Beyond the Witchlight though not necessarily directly connected to the book.

“Join us to play adventures all weekend long! A host of D&D Adventurers League play is happening, including a special prelude to Wild Beyond the Witchlight called “Lost Things,” as well as the Witchlight Carnival as a multi-table experience!”

You’ll also get to tune in for some cool broadcasts, including the final throwdown of the DMs in WotC’s ultimate DM challenge.

All of which is a prelude to the next wave of D&D releases. But, if you are a fan of the Feywild, you’ll find more things just for you. There’s a new marketplace that gets you a special ticket to a multi-table epic event that comes with Witchlight themed merchandise, including exclusive T-Shirts and other fun goodies, including booster packs for Adventures in the Forgotten Realms, and even recipes:

Welcome to the Witchlight Carnival, your ticket to adventure… and perhaps something more. Mr. Witch and Mr. Light have granted you a special ticket to experience the Witchlight Carnival as a multi-table, epic event during D&D Celebration 2021. Purchase either package below, and through September 7, you’ll receive a code to reserve a seat at a table on the weekend of September 24-26, 2021.*

But that’s not all! Mr. Witch and Mr. Light have two exciting D&D Celebration 2021 packages for you to choose from! Both include a beautiful commemorative carnival ticket, an entry code for Witchlight Carnival Epic game registration, and other carnival goodies, including Magic: The GatheringAdventures in the Forgotten Realms Welcome Boosters, Witchlight Carnival and Feywild–themed recipes (adapted from Heroes’ Feast, the official D&D cookbook), and NERDS x D&D candy. (Mr. Witch and Mr. Light love NERDS!)

But perhaps most importantly, you have a chance to do some good by helping out the Extra Life charity which helps sick and injured children. How you might ask? Well it’s all thanks to a special partnership with even cooler t-shirts:

Dirlagraun, the Witchlight Carnival’s, gray-whiskered displacer beast looks after lost children much like the D&D community bands together to help sick and injured children. Once again, we are pleased to announce that Dungeons & Dragons has partnered with Extra Life to create special event apparel. All proceeds will go directly to Extra Life/Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
