“The Leviathan Siege Dreadnought is barreling towards release, racing ahead of its ranged brother and smashing straight into a new video.”

The main difference between this version and the previously revealed version is the combat role and it’s loadout. When it’s time to get down to business, this one prefers to get up close and personal with the various weapon options.

Weapon wise you’ve got options. The Siege Claws are perfect for tearing into infantry — even heavily armored infantry like Terminators. Or you could go with the gnarly Siege Drills to tear through tanks or even fortifications!

Alternatively, you could mix and match those arm weapons for more versatility. The Leviathan Siege Dreadnought isn’t ALL melee either. You can opt for some ranged support in the form of built in Heavy Flamers or you can swap those out for a pair of twin-linked Volkite Calivers. And finally you also have the top-of-torso option of a carapace-mounted Phospex Discharger.

Or mix and match as needed

The point is you’ve got options! According to GW these melee weapons (and eventually the ranged options) will be available separately as well:

“We’ll be seeing this hulking monstrosity hit the front lines a little bit before the long-range version. You’ll also be able to pick up the melee weapon kit separately should you wish to mix and match loadouts, while a similar kit full of massive guns will be released on its own in the near future. “

That’s good to know!  It might be time to get some magnets ready for this kit if you’re so inclined. Then you can have the best of both worlds with whatever loadout options you’ll need!

Knock-Knock. The Close Combat Leviathan Siege Dreadnought is coming to play!
