Warhammer Next Week – Arks of Omen, Battleforces, & Horus Heresy
GW is kicking off the new year with a bang. Next week you can expect new Warhammer 40K releases for Arks of Omen, Battleforces, & Horus Heresy. Take a look.
Arks of Omen
First up for 40K is the kickoff of Arks of Omen with Abaddon, Volume 1. This book introduces rules for 40K boarding actions, which is great because there is also a set of ship corridors available!
All of these items should be available for preorder on Saturday, January 7th. I’m sure you have some leftover cash from the holidays right?
Next up, we get the latest Grand tournament pack, loaded with new rules for 40K Matched Play. We’ve already seen the new detachment chart and I’m sure that is only the tip of the iceberg.
Marine Battleforces
Next up we get four new Battleforces for the Space Marine 1st Founding Chapters who didn’t get ones last November. We get new sets to kick of your hobby year for the Ultramarines, White Scars, Iron Hands, and Salamanders.
Horus Heresy
Last but not least, there are some 30K upgrade sets for the Salamanders and Word Bearers. You get new Torsos and Pauldrons for your Mk 2,3 and 4 marines.
