The fox-like Vastaya known as Ahri is one of the most popular characters in League of Legends. She’ll show you what she’s made of, and you’ll be sure to fall in love with her. Ahri leads the pack in the League of Legends universe. With last week’s insane Worlds Championships game of WBG vs. T1 featuring her on both sides of the match, it’s the perfect time to show off a shiny new closet cosplay.
There’s no mistaking the popularity of this elusive character in LoL. The world’s most competitive eSports athletes regularly field her on their rosters, and it’s no wonder why. Ahri sports an ethereal white gown with sultry crimson detailing. Her golden eyes captivate, and her tails are constantly twitching in seductive anticipation. If you’re feeling the need for a sassy, lethally beautiful closet cosplay, Ahri is an excellent choice.
Ahri Closet Cosplay: The Dress
Ahri is both flirty and fierce, so her wardrobe should reflect that dynamic nature. I would go with a more flowy skirt, so you have lots of room for movement—in case you want to throw those vicious kicks!
Long or short sleeves don’t really matter. It’s more about what you have on hand or what you can find, and honestly; go with something YOU would wear on its own. Enjoy the closet cosplay process.
Ahri Closet Cosplay: The Bodice
Ahri has gorgeous burgundy detailing—long sleeves and a bodice and skirt detailing. I think it would be neat to layer a top like this with the skirts above. That way, you get the bodice and skirting effects. You can always cut this burgundy top into layers or pieces to suit your style.

This part is just an excuse to put a red scrunchy boot into a post. I admit it freely. But a flat boot makes most sense for Ahri’s traditional costume and makes movement easier. I DO love a comfortable and cute cosplay.

You can finish this look off with Ahri’s fox ears or tail if you like, but if you do this right, you can get away without it. Or, you can make your own. A headband with fabric overlaid is a great base for self-constructed ears. Now, go forth and charm!
