Warhammer 40K Next Week: Chaos Knights Prove You Can Be Stompy AND Spiky

Next week, Chaos Knights tromp onto the battlefields for pre-order, making the grim darkness of the distant future, that much spikier.
Chaos Knights put the terror in technological terror by taking the impossibly huge warmachines that are Imperial Knights and then empowering them with Chaos – usually in the form of extra spikes and chains that attach to the carapace so you know it’s evil. May as well throw in some skulls for good measure, too. And as part of this week’s pre-orders, there’s a veritable Legion of new Chaos Knights with a new Codex, a knew Knight Kit, and even a Battleforce box to dig into.
Chaos Knights Get To The Point, Several Times

It all kicks off with the new Codex: Chaos Knights. This bold new book contains all the rules you need to run your own heretical legion of Imperial Knights. You’ll find new detachments, as well as the new Knight Ruinator variant (which is the star of the new Questoris kit). Or if you are really aboard for tech-heresy, you can always snag the premium collector’s edition, which has alternate cover art and a fancy ribbon bookmark.

Speaking of the new Questoris Kit, feast your eyes upon the new Questoris Knight kit. The Knight Ruinator is the shiniest new toy in it – armed with fellbore, darkflame lance, and terrorpulse missiles, it is ready to spread ruination.

You’ll also find everything you need to make the other three Chaos Knight variants in here: the Knight Desecrator, Knight, Rampager, and Knight Abominant. So whatever flavor of Chaos you prefer, you’ll find it in this Chaos Kit.

And of course, what Infernal Knight Legion would be complete without a detachment of smaller, but still big in the long run, guys to sow terror and confusion. This week, that’ll be the new Houndpack Lance Detachment, which gathers together seven plastic War Dogs with options to build Stalkers, Karnivores, or Brigands to your heart’s content.
So get ready to trod upon the inferior legions of the Emperor.
All this, next week!
