Force of Warmachine: Cryx Command is here – come take a look inside the covers!

Alright all you Cryx players, this ones for you! Cryx Command is here and we’re taking a quick look at what you can expect inside the covers:

The Cryx Command book is loaded with everything we’ve come to expect from Privateer Press. This book contains all the newest rules, models, art and rich lore of the Cryx Faction from Warmachine. And when I say rich lore, I’m mean it – this book is a gold mine if you’re looking for info about the faction.

Naturally, this book does come with some new toys as well. You’ll get the rules for two new Warcasters, the new Character Warjack Kharybdis, and a new solo as well. On top of that, every unit will have their current rules as well as tips on how to use them.

If the new stuff, rules, and background doesn’t interest you, this book still has a solid painting guide. Using some basic techniques and the paint colors provided in the back you’ll be able to get some fairly decent results. If you’re looking for the studio theme this book has that, but it also has a couple variant themes you can try out if you’re feeling adventurous.

Overall, I think this is a must buy if you’re a Cryx fan – between the awesome art, new rules, painting tips and boat loads of lore there is bound to be something in there for you. If you’re not a Cryx player, I’d still take a peek inside the covers just to get an idea of what those foul Hell Jacks might be up to…It’s in stores now so go check it out!

“From the darkness of their nightmarish isles, the undead legions of Cryx strike at the Iron Kingdoms. Each battle serves to fuel their unholy necrofactoriums as scuttling necrotechs reshape everything that walks, crawls, of slithers out of their dank, macabre workshops. Wielding the powers of death and black sorcery gifted to them by their terrible master, Toruk the Dragonfather, the insidious warcasters of Cryx send forth masses of undead thralls to overwhelm their mortal foes. Their ranks bolstered by looming black-iron helljacks and skittering bonejacks, the undying army of Cryx will not rest until Toruk’s shadow covers all of Immoren.”

Undead. Pirates. Hell-Jacks. Undead Pirate Hell-Jacks. This book’s got it all!
