This one’s all about clowns, folks. As long as horror films have existed, one of the most haunting figures have been creepy carnival characters. Ever since 1970s serial killer John Wayne Gacy’s clowning career came to light, there has been no denying the clown’s skin-crawling effect.
In recent times, the clown is a horror icon, from American Horror Story to IT. But is Harley Quinn a horror clown?
This week it’s all about the mash-ups, and today’s feature is a merging of two iconic clowns. Harley Quinn with her mischief and love of color, and Pennywise with his red balloon and hungry eyes. Check out this epic cosplay by Heidi Maetrix!
