With two episodes and a ton left to wrap up in Obi-Wan Kenobi, there are so many characters who could still appear.

We’re coming up on the end of season one of Obi-Wan Kenobi. With two episodes and a ton of plot left to wrap up, there is still so much that can happen in this show. And this is Star Wars. Character cameos and callbacks have been a mainstay of the Disney+ Star Wars shows and there are a few characters we’ve been waiting expectantly to see. So who could make an appearance by the end of this season of Kenobi?

Ahsoka Tano

Ahsoka Tano is the darling of the Star Wars universe. Fans of the animated shows knew it years ago, and now life-action viewers known it now. She’s fantastic. And now that Rosario Dawson has officially brought her into live action and we know that there’s a stand alone show in the works, it only makes sense to put Ahsoka in as many things as possible. It’s a double-whammy of pushing hype for marketing purposes and she’s a character who would make sense for Obi-Wan Kenobi to run into.

Ahsoka and Kenobi have history, working together (with Anakin Skywalker) throughout most of the Clone Wars and having a close sibling-like relationship. Anakin’s fall to the Dark Side will be just as hard for his Padawan as it was for his Master. The two seeing each other again after all of these years would be emotional. But perhaps what would make that potential scene worse is that we know when Ahsoka learns who Darth Vader is, and it’s a few years after Kenobi takes place. So if they were to meet up, Kenobi would keep that bad news to himself.

Cal Kestis

Between the time frame of this show, the importance of the Inquisitors, and the infiltration of their base, the similarities between Obi-Wan Kenobi and Jedi: Fallen Order are numerous. So it wouldn’t be entirely unsurprising if one of the characters from Fallen Order or even Cal Kestis himself made an appearance. Between escaping Order 66, living a quiet secret life, eventually getting pulled back into the fight, and having a difficult time reconnecting with the force, Cal has quite a bit in common with Obi-Wan and could be a helpful ally to have.

Cassian Andor

Another favorite character with an upcoming TV-show, a cameo from Cassian Andor wouldn’t be the biggest possible surprise. As we see the Rebellion grow in the background, it would make sense that characters who will later be major players may make an appearance. Some fans have already claimed to see a Cassian-looking character in the background, so maybe he has already crossed paths with Kenobi and didn’t even realize it.

Quinlan Vos

Since Kenobi discovered that Quinlan Vos has been involved with sneaking force users away from the Empire’s eye, we’ve been on something of a Quinlan watch. Sure, they could name drop this character with him Obi-Wan had an on-screen friendship and then not show him on screen, but why? At this point I’m consider Quinlan Vos something of a Chekhov’s Gun. I hope his mention pays off either in the form of a physical appearance or some closure on his storyline.

Yoda

After Order 66, Obi-Wan and Yoda went into hiding at roughly the same time. They supposedly go twenty years without contacting one another, yet Kenobi knows exactly where he is and in what direction to send Luke. Especially now with Leia and Kenobi in more danger than they’ve been in all season, one of the Jedi’s smallest big-hitters could make an appearance to save the day. More likely he has an emergency line to Obi-Wan like Bail had or is able to contact his old friend through the Force. But seeing the Muppet-Master back in action would be fantastic.

Qui-Gon Jinn

Along with Quinlan, Qui-Gon Jinn is easily the most possible and alluded-to cameo appearance for Obi-Wan Kenobi‘s final episodes. Obi-Wan has been trying to get in contact with his former master all season. So a cameo by his Force Ghost feels like something that should be coming. Especially as Kenobi is rekindling his connection to the Force. There may be some special effects involved as Liam Neeson has said that he’s not appearing in this show as his Phantom Menace character. But we’ve been lied to by Disney-Property stars before.

Who do you want to see a cameo from in the last two episodes of Kenobi this season? Which character do you think is most likely to make an appearance? Do you enjoy cameos or would you rather characters have solo adventures? Let us know in the comments!
