Games Workshop Advent Engine Day 11 – ‘Tooth And Claw…But Mostly Claw’
It’s Day 11 of the Advent Engine and things are taking a slight turn…take a look at you’ll see what we me.
For the most part this Advent Engine has been pretty straight forward. We’ve gotten teasers and they have been (mostly) Aeldari. Heck, even the “frame” of the Advent Engine has been themed that way. Until today.
“We’ve been plundering the psychic reservoir, and we think we have some level of control over the Advent Engine once again – although it doesn’t look quite as healthy as before. What fated glimpse has it offered up today?”
Before we even get to the actual image, what’s up with the Advent Engine’s frame this time? It’s got eyes and TEETH all over the place. That’s certainly more chaos themed, right? And I think that’s a big clue for what the image actually is. We’ve got claws folks! And based on the look of them, I’m pretty sure we’re looking at Chaos Marine Lightning Claws.
I don’t think we’re getting new Warp Talons, but we might be seeing a new Chaos upgrade or character here. That would be pretty nice as that could also mean a new Chaos Space Marine book is on the way! What a treat that would be, right? Oh well, fingers crossed we get something cool for Chaos soon. Then again, these teasers can be planned out over year in advance so maybe don’t get too ahead of yourselves wishing for them.
That said, it would be nice to get more Chaos Marine weapon options. Could this be a Chaos Lord? That would be neat. Or maybe…
New Mutilators? What are the odds for that one? Hmm…
